Bug report form on the community site does not accept .dmp files. I did send in a bug report with the log server of my second crash of the night.

Is this by design. do those files get to CCP by another route.

c82c2fa1-6556-43b4-bb56-34ad894b25b9.dmp

2f442ecb-c1fa-4998-916b-993e024d0c6e.dmp

b2f00b67-16ae-49b9-8a6e-a5346e2a3acd.dmp

Did CCP get these files?

Client will not render any graphics after this crash.

TQ works however so this is a Sisi build issue.

Sisi build does not include the repair tool.

Repair tool did not work on either TQ or Sisi clients it down loaded a update but the update failed.

Hi!

We have received these files both through our crash collector and through your bug reports. Three of your bug reports contain the crash dumps, so I assume that the bug report is created correctly, while it is still reporting an error to you. We will take a closer look at this bug in the bug reporting system on Monday.

Regarding the crash: This seems to be a video driver crash - very likely the same which CCP Snorlax is investigating at the moment. Could you please try to start your client with dx9 to see if you can experience the crash also there (you should not).

Regarding a different bug report: You reported having to download bulkdata for Singularity. Could you please try to clear your client cache?

Having issues with accessing the bug report( says bugs service is down popup) and email servers this morning also on TQ. clearing cache did not clear the mail issue. ( fixed seems the clear cache instruction from the in game esc menu is not effective currently)

Got singularity to work on my back up lap top but the rat bounties seem to be taking for ever to be deposited most likely a sisi server issue. It was reported it was broke but just took longer to issue then normal.

Bulk data is working fine again but not able to interface with the client at the character selection screen is worrying.

Is the new sisi client suppose to be missing the repair tool? could not get it to work on either of my clients over the last day.

Cant get past the character selection screen with both dx9 and dx11. Issue started after the crash. ( clearing cache on Sisi client did not fix the situation.

It might be my computer but it was working fine before.

I'm thinking of updating my card but if i do you loose a solid proof case of the driver issues.

Switched out a Radeon HD 6870 for a GeforceGTX 650 and still have the same issue.

Motherboard is a Asrock P67 Extreme4

TQ worked after the changes.

TQ

Wait chain gives me a exefile.exe (PID:2692) Thread:6408 response

also

exefo;e/exe (PID:2692) Thread 2952
svchost.exe (netsvcs) (PID:732) Thread:- after switching to full screen and back

Killing those threads gave me

exefile.exe (PID:4040) Thread:2968

I got a launcher exception on a Sisi client but when i closed it it crashed the computer hard causing a hard reset to before i installed the new card so it took a while to get straightened out. lol

I had the fault written into this post but it was not saved. :(
