Yeah just look around, hardly anyone is building and rating any longer. If you are looking for current builds with all the rebalancing, look towards EVE forums. Battleclinic will point you in a general direction though, but I get more use out of the EFT app and forums. Too much building and not enough testing there as well, as the site is just a toy for many.
