The GM's have to handle a lot of petitions daily so answering them can take some time. Be patient and just give it some time please, it will get looked at and resolved. As the selling of characters is under very strict rules, you can be sure any mistake made will be corrected. On that regard, sending more then one petition and posting about it on the forum is not going to speed things up. Or help, for that matter.
