Is there a real accurate and widely supported resource for missions and plexing?

Hi.

Im a web developer and an Eve lover and I wanted to marry the two under one project. As the title says, is there a website that offers such things?

If there is, fair play. If not, I'm going to make one that will be highly maintained and 100% up to date with changes being delt with instantly (also entirely maintained by me and a few friends, so no dodgy edits)

I know eve-survival.org exists, but it has a lackluster support for anomolies and half of the mission guides i have used over the last week are less than satisfactorily correct.

Thanks in advance.
Alex.

Not really, no. The information is largely out there but tends to be scattered.

It's a major undertaking and I wish you luck.

Pretty much as the above poster states, no true site for this except maybe eve-survival

If you do wish to make a site like this I'd be glad to contribute as much as I can
5 Senses In A Person... 4 Seasons In A Year... 3 Colors In A Stoplight... 2 Poles On The Earth... ONLY 1-UP MUSHROOM!!!  If You Like My Sig, Like Me!   Remember EVE is EVErything!

Yep, Eve-Survival is the main guide for missions, but there isn't really the same kind of thing for complexes. If you're interested in making one, by all means, I'd love to see one. Just keep in mind that it's not a project to be undertaken lightly.

He was asking for help to make it an up to date alternate guide. Might wanna get in touch with him.

As for exploration combat sites, I usually check Evelopedia and will add info or create a page if needed.

No-one really wants an exploration site guide. They might think they do, but later they realize that some things are best kept quiet.

I hate to say it but I agree with this. I keep my info in a carefully guarded hand written notebook. I only run plexes and never missions. I have no issue at all with a mission website.

It seems like the biggest challange for sites (or rather A site) is the accuracy of the information relies on being constantly updated. Sites like eve-survival.org have a strong amount of comprehensive data, but sometimes it falls short of accuracy (esp. for recent changes). Luckily, some changes are negligible enough to be delayed, so that helps a bit.

As far as specifically exploration sites, I say the information on them needs to remain greatly unknown exept for first-hand experience since imo that's part of the point of them being "exploration" sites. To be honest, I think missions in general could be better and more challenging in a good way if we had a lot less info on them too (or at least if they weren't so damn predictable). Some level of predictability gives you a safety net or assurance that you know what to expect and can plan accordingly, but the level of predictablity in missions now makes them routine to a point of being mere chores.

"Tomahawks?"

"----in' A, right?"

"Trouble is, those things cost like a million and a half each."

"----, you pay me half that and I'll hump in some c4 and blow the ---- out of it my own damn self."
