Notifications no longer mention subject

Has there been a change to the forum notifications? They used to include the subject of threads with new replies but now they all just say "XXX and YY more replied to your forum post" - which is a bit useless.

Just noticed that as well. It was working correctly earlier today (as in an hour ago) but now this new thing. Hrmmm

Seems that they may be having some issues with the web server. Let's all be patient about it and really freak them out.

Same issue here and if I try to read the post I get 404.

"LIKED TO YOUR FORUM TOPIC" - good work us.

We put out a new build of the forums today, a rather large one. We had a small config foobar with our load balancer while deploying, hence the interruptions around 15:30 GMT for those who noticed.

We've been doing a bunch of work on the forums lately that should mostly be transparent, in order to prepare for future work on making the forums faster and friendlier on other devices than your 100 inch display gaming rig.

The build that went out today had accumulated a bunch of changes over time as we put a bit of a hold on deployments to prepare for the one today, because we were switching deployment tools. The new deployment tools make it much easier for us to deploy - leading to more frequent deployments.

We're therefore seeing some bugs that slipped through our scope of million things to do - we'll be hard at work correcting those over the next few days. So hang tight, and please let us know of peculiar behavior! We'll start with the notification wording.

And we'll fix the broken links in the notifications, you'll get 404's on clicking certain links in notifications. Sorry guys!

just gonna sneak in a little feature request: give me a notification when someone submits a post that quotes me (but only as a top-level quote, not if they quote someone who quoted me.)

Forum still eats long posts before you can post them. So yeah, the work has been mostly transparent congrats, lol.

Someone at CCP appears to have liked and replied confused, I have posts that have been liked showing as having been replied to. On a side note show all notifications appears to work properly with regards to not 404ing, and not confusing likes and replies.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
