I'm hoping I'm missing something but I don't see (or am missing) a repair capable hub for my POS. Is there such a facility?

Nope, have to have another ship with armor and hull reps installed. otherwise your effed 3 ways to Tuesday.

You can use a fitting service to fit reppers to your ship in space.
