Today I will be selling this PVE toon, primarily specced for people who like to get there hands dirty with blood. My names is Zukan Strom, and I'm a vicious Minmatar PvP character. The skills I have chose to max out are the following:

    • Why choose this character? It is fairly chose to a perfect pvp toon, It is a very good incursion pilot and it can be a very good capital pilot if you outsource correctly, it comes with positive standings and no reputation of being a fraud.
