Though i think this could lead to balancing issues. which i doubt after going through every ship in the game they probably dont want to rebalance them again to account for faction rigs

Considering Deadspace modules are drops, and rigs don't drop, I don't particularly think that would work. It makes sense that you could acquire the rigs intact from LP stores, though.

Instead I think it would work better if faction/deadspace rig bpc's dropped. Other then that I think this a cool idea.

Seeing that they already drop bpcs in random rats and it would invigorate drone space/drone sites a bit. No matter how they're implemented I think it's a pretty neat idea.
