FPS issue after 22.01.2014

After there some problems with the launcher on 22.01.2014, today i`ve start EVE and FPS was around 35-39, i restart the game few times and computer also, everything on my machine was checked but nothing different since my last log in when i`ve played the game normally . I didnt find information about this kind of an issue, so any adequate help will be highly appreciated. :)
