Meds and large just got thier training time reduced by removing the lower spec at IV requirement.

Pretty much this. As much as it's frustrating to wait for something it is ultimately more rewarding.

Also, you could just deadspace/faction those maurader guns. You don't even have to wait to Train for T2 guns. Win Win.

Wow you newer members of the eve online community are spoild.
I takkes barely any time for any gun to be upgraded into T2
It used to be where you progressed into large after obtaining T2 medium and small respectively.......maybe if patience is not your thing I hear WoW is still looking for fresh meat for their grinder.

Turret gunnery skill is fine, Missile skill in other need reducing.

before change on turret, it was balance that turret need to train on small then med before get t2 large
While Missile don't need to have T2 small/Heavy for Cruise/torp.

now, Turret don't need to train on small/med, and Missile are longer due to 2 seperate skills with 1 spec each for BS

You no longer have to train Small Gun V and Medium Gun V when trying to get T2 Large guns!!!!

That took 20 days off the training requirements, and you're still complaining that you want access to them quicker?

Subscription fee = lot of time sinks to delay your progress and make you pay for next month.

For faster gameplay check F2P games - their devs aren't interesting in providing too much server resources for free so leveling takes 2 weeks at most (unless you pay for expansions / additional time).

without the entire concept of skill training online, i for one would have unsubscribed a long time ago

last kb activity i.e actual gameplay was in, let's see.. six months ago.

normally i'd be frustrated, but then i look at dem millions of skillpoints that have ticked into my brain ever since

i just locked an open door.. strange, yet symbolically compelling.

Unless you get podded having forgot to upgrade your clone and then you might have to train a skill again.
