No Respnonse to Support Ticket

Ok here is the deal , four days ago i trashed two station containers by mistake . One of them had almost a billion in salvage . So i put in a support ticket ...now its going on day 5 and no one has so much even looked at it ...so i have to ask myself did i do it wrong? am i missing something here? what is going on i realize it was my mistake and it takes time for GM's to go through all the tickets out there but FIVE DAYS IS ABSURD . I pay $ for my subscription and deserve much better then this

As a player of nearly four years experience you should know that 5 days is not long at all for a non-urgent petition.

And they wonder why we ask them if the play this game...since they like putting VERY bad buttons near very useful buttons.

And yes, 5 days is not long in the grand scheme of things. In my memory, 5 days is the quickest i've EVER had a response, but even then it was a cookie cutter response that didn't actually read the original message.
