Can a solo corp join Faction warfare?

I don't see why not, but I want to double check before spending the time creating a corp.

yes. just make a corp and when you open the milita window there will be the option to "enlist my corporation" and it takes 24hrs to join the war.

It's not 24 hours, it takes effect at the next Downtime. (Same for quitting FW). Other than that you can join/resign as often as you like.

Or if you join from your npc corp it's instant.
