One character missing from team, how to adjust?

One of our invites apparently didn't send.

TEST TEAM PLEASE IGNORE is supposed to include Wulle007, but the email apparently never got sent and he doesn't appear as pending in the web browser. What is the best way for us to fix this? Should we petition, evemail, try something in that online team management console?
