I can sell you another 70 at 35 each if you want.

I will take them, set a contract

Made the contract then checked Jita prices and noticed a spike (buy orders are now at 35) so I deleted it. If you are interested in a higher offer though I do have 76 I'm looking to unload.

Well, thing is, its just like they said and you sugested. They are now in the initail spike and will probaly drop down. I am willing to offer you 1 mil each above buyorders. The risk is on me than

(&btw most those buy orders are mine aswell ;))

I think its time to commission ST0NER SMURF and the Niarja ganking group to start popping these wholesale. The above moronic comment about AP'ing from Amarr to Jita simply reinforces this.

"If they wanna pop me in my HS +3 clone, go ahead"

Apparently he's been living under a rock the last year, I'm sure ST0NER et al would happily oblige.

I have bought about 2bn worth recently as an investment.
Personally I can only see the value of these ships rising in the coming year.
They can be flown by anyone, fastest way to travel long distances (who doesnt like insta warp?),
but also being shuttles very prone to loss. Obviously being special edition means no new ones can be made.

I also can't see these ships being made obsolete anytime soon.
Question is how high will they go 100m realistic?

Why are you trading that way? Why do so many people try that? Speculation? really? Your just a lazy trader wannabee who doesn't want to put in the real work to be successful All the time you wasted collecting them and the time your going to waste waiting to sell them, I can't tell you how much more ISK you could make putting that ISK to better use.

Anything that is given to all pilots is just too common to gain any value in a sensible time frame.
Especially if it's something that is rarely going to die like a shuttle.

Examples:

Apotheosis - 6 years old - 15 mil - just a (cool) shuttle
Zephyr - 5 years old - 20 mil - of some use to wormholers though hardly indispensible
Primae - 4 years old - 5 mil - almost totally useless
Echelon - 3 years old - 8 mil - almost totally useless

(As far as I'm aware, none of these can be built by players though I may well be wrong)

So obviously it's a little more useful that the Echelon/Primae. I'd be very surprised if it's above 20 mil in 2 years time though.
Good luck.

You forget that 2 christmas's ago, ppl chould choose a gift. The zephyr is kinda good for looting.

Think about this: How often do people travel in empire? And is time worth isk or other psycological benefits?

In a year or two, i would pay 100 mil for this shuttle.....saves the T2 rigged cepter & ascendancy implant set costs. And even at 100mil i dont think i will sell any, just because they are soo amazingly fast with an ascendacy set :p. Ever done jita amarr in 6 minuts? Pirate

I don't see your point. you're comparing useless ships with the fastest way to (cynoless) travel in eve. given that you can buy a shuttle at 20k isk and identical ships are retailing at 15-20m based solely on aesthetic originality. Don't you think a limited edition ship with a genuine "best-in-class" niche' use would perform considerably better in the market?

Price will hit 40m in jita this week. I can see them going for 50 by the summer. Smart investment I'd say.

Jita buy orders at 58m! (sell orders 76)

Appears that people are actually using this ship, unlike all the previous 'special' ones.

Any colour you like.

My understanding: rich people will loose money and thus gain valuable experience, while experienced players, who have obviously made the right investment, will get all the money.

Any colour you like.

I really don't see your problem, Almost every eve player has played somerblink at one time or another and that is literally throwing money away. I made an investment made on what I believed to be sound economic principles which i have explained in the thread. Sure there are risks involved, but on balance I thought it was the correct move.
