Dark Renegade joined one of our corps a few days ago and went missioning with one of our members and decided to kill his mission ship about 300 mill loss with pod. Just a heads up for anyone who is considering him as a member (unless your a highsec gank corp then he is your guy) For proof send me a mail in game and i will link you the kill mails or look up Dark Renegade KM

Something is fishy here.

You are alleging that Mr Renegade was able to podkill one of your members in a highsec deadspace area?

I think you have more issues with failing to train your members than you do with any alleged AWOX activities.

Now, Now Sabriz. I find that far too many HS' ers lack both the insight to get their pod out of hand way and the basic knowledge of how to do it once they realize that it's necessary.

The only dark renegade I found was in gekkostate and doesn't have a pod kill this month, he did lose a vindi on jita undock worth 3.9 billion... So fishy indeed.

It could be possible that Dark Renegade did not give an api out for his killboard, that would explain missing killmails

I wish to congratulate dark renegade on his kill. Moreover, you should pay him for his services. He just taught you a very valuable lesson and he should be compensated for it, at least double the value of the damage he caused.

Dark is my neighbor (yeah, we were both kind of wierded out when we discovered that we both played eve).

He borrowed my 40' extension ladder to do who knows what in the pine trees that border our property. He didn't give the ladder back - I had to ask for it. He left pine needles all over my driveway. He somehow managed to break the rope that raises/lowers the ladder (never offered to pay for it). I could go on and on here (there are other incidents), but I think it's pretty easy to see what kind of character he is.

Did the guy who was ganked have a permit? Was he operating within the Code? My guess is the missioner said on comms he was going to the restroom and was going to be afk in space. Afterward, he probably changed his story and said he was playing with his children.

Had he docked up instead before doing any of these things, this story might never have happened.

I think that is more than fair. I think I will hire break a wish or umad to wardec these guys until they pay him on a monthly basis.

Playing with your children is no excuse for Code infractions.

We can only hope he didn't take his rage out on them.... Poor kids.

I came acrossed this post and I was simply appauled. Some people have absolutley no morales. EVE has become a cess pool of diseased corporations and Trollish flyers! I cry OUTRAGE!!! This is simply the most tradgic incident I have ever read about on EVE.

But seriously. What these guys did not mention.

1. He shot me first. Dont believe me? Prove it
2. He said on teamspeak.. "Just pod me".. Im done with EVE when his hillariously misguided plan to kill me failed.
3. I still made it a point to log on to Team speak for 3 whole days and attempt to talk with Firehoth about this matter. I was subsequently banned shortly thereafter.
4. Firehoth said his APOC was solid and could not be killed by a cruiser. I think he was wrong.
5. I believe it is only fair that I maintain the right to protect myself from dishonorable players that would otherwise attempt to pew pew me to death.

With this said.. Who is the real bad guy here? The man that was attacked and then managed to overpower his would be assassin?! or the corporation that invited him lovingly into their arms and turned a warm embrace into something cruel and menacing? I cry outrage! As they are the poster children of what could be considered an abomination of EVE!
