yes because Goonswarm have such a history of planning ahead (see: unfitted AT ships, throwing an AT match because of excess points, unpaid Delve sov bills)

Seriously this idea doesn't even hold water because those renters will just fall under N3/PL's aegis, renters rarely relocate after their space is conquered unless the new holders of the space aren't allowing them to continue renting

CFC/RUS FC's should have known better. It's not the fault of CCP, we all know there infrastructure can't cope with these stress levels yet. Your leadership made a bad call, deal with it and stop complaining.
