No. That bug has happened since the new character creator was released. Which happened before notch even considered a new mob.

that would be a sign you need to get a new PC

All automated intel should be removed from the game including Instant local/jumps/kills/cynos for all systems/regions.Eve should report nothing like this to the client/3rd party software.Intel should not be force fed to players. Player skill and iniative should be the sources of intel.

That would be a sign that you need to clear your cache.

I just had that problem with this avatar, and resolved it today. Just follow the steps below, provided by a GM via my petition about the issue (but without posting GM correspondence).

Launch your EVE client.
Open the settings window (Esc key).
Go to the Reset Settings tab.
Select Clear all cache files.

Client will clear your cache files and restart. That fixed the problem for me.

Fly safe.

If anything, it looks a lot like the guy in Limbo (fantastic puzzle game btw, recommended).

Same folks who play WOW and other childish games. They seem to love the simplicity.

your videocard is clearly not loading or rendering textures properly. Check its temp, blow it out with compressed air, and update the drivers on it. (some drivers dont run the fan properly)
