Well, that depends. Kitting means moving around. If you can stay in rep range and are able to tank the dps, you can throw that scimi anywhere you want.

I have a Scythe fit that's probably better for that. With siege links it reps 330 shield per second (395 OH) with 92.4 km range, 3k speed OH mwd (3.8k skirmish). I call it The ultimate kite b**ch Blink
