Error during invitation to team.

I couldn't find anything related so excuse me if this is a double post.

I got this error when sending out an invitation to a pilot for the neo2 tournament. I dont have him blocked, he doesn't have me blocked?


"Your invitation to this character was blocked


Please ensure that your character and the character you are trying to invite to your team have one another on each other's contact list. Please also check that the characters are not explicitly blocking one another in their contact lists."

I unblocked a different char with no relation to the persons main(or his alts created on his main) and instantly the invite went through and he received it. Literally right after right clicking the unblock on a character with no relation.

Might this have been a refresh on the block list or?
