M-Spec Industrial Resources Ltd (MTLS) is pleased to announce a 4th quarter dividend of 10,000 ISK per share, payable on Tuesday, January 21 to shareholders of record as of Sunday, October 19.

During the quarter, share net asset value rose from 363,600 ISK to 387,200 ISK. Shareholder return for the quarter, including dividends, amounted to 9.2%. Strong gains in Ferrogel, Fermionic Condensates, Guidance Systems and Zydrine overcame relatively modest growth in the broader industrial materials market during the quarter to deliver the return.

For the year, share net asset value rose from 322,900 ISK to 387,200 ISK. Total return for the year, including dividends of 40,000 ISK, amounted to 32.3%.

As of December 31, M-Spec's assets totaled 429 billion ISK, of which 17 billion was in cash.
