Missing thumbnails causing crash?

Hi all, I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or know of a good way around it. I'm running EVE on CentOS 6 through CrossOver Linux 13. It seems to have a problem loading non-cached thumbnails of market items / stations etc, every time it encounters one my client freezes and crashes shortly afterwards. I tried downloading the icons from CCPs datadump, and putting them into my cache folder and that seems to have worked for most things, but still occasionally crashes when trying to load some thumbnails (I'm not sure whether these are simply missing from the data dump, or or something else). Occasionally EVE will manage to download the thumbnail before crashing completely, so if I relaunch, and look at the same icon it will load without issue, but some times I'm not as lucky and it just keeps hanging.

It's amazing how many thumbnails their are in the UI. It's not just the market and item info screens. Even selecting a hostile ship in my overview is enough to load a thumbnail and freeze me out. In fact I just lost a cov ops ship due to that issue and some NPC rats, so now I'm trying to find any way to stop it.

I'm fairly sure it's more a crossover issue than EVE, since on my work machine I have to use CentOS 5, which can only run CrossOver 11, and that works without any (serious) problems.
