If it's quality you're after, I can online a nice top end infantry grade clone for ya. Could even make it look Amarrian! Guaranteed to meet requirements, AND reduce the bodily integrity of anyone who annoys you!... Downside is, I eat like an entire herd of starving Slaver Hounds at every meal, and get bored easily, which may result in side effects such as wrestling Skadis, having headbutt contests with large rocks, and playing chicken with charging Carribou for kicks.

I don't think she's looking for narrow contestants. The requirement for a decent amount of muscle mass to carry such a grand and ornate palanquin dictates a need for Ava to examine the widest individuals extremely closely.
