Couple of questions around high sec warfare.

Is it possible to set up a out of alliance alt to show war targets on his overview ?
Basically trying to work out a way to hunt war targets in high sec.

I've read somewhere that it's possible scan other ships to see what they have. Is it also possible to covertly lock that ship ?
What modules would you be using to accomplish this.

Just set that alliance to red standings by adding them to contacts therefor will appear in local with minus 10 symbol. Thats as close as u can get.

As for scanning a ship u need a pasive targeter and either a ship scaner to see what mods they have fitted or a cargo scanner to check theyre cargo.

Just remember to activate the pasive targether before u do anything :)

3 mid slot modules. Passive targeting, ship scanner, and cargo scanner. Easy fits on most ships.

Clear your alts contacts. Set the alliances or corps you are hunting (or being hunted by) to -10 or +10 whatever. Whenever you see something with a contact in local you know that it is a war target.
