What happened? Are we moving forward or are we on a complete holding pattern for this highly publicized addition to the EO 3rd party development region of the game?

CREST is up and running.

We just don't have access to it, except for a couple of low utility endpoints.

Would be fantastic to actually hear something about it from ccp, anything really. From what I've gathered the last time we got any 3rd party dev related news was about a year ago...

I believe there is, similar to a bitter-vet ingame, also the chance to be a bitter-dev.
Because after visiting dev panels on a few Fanfests, following dev-blogs and forum posts, I've come to the crude definition of "reasons for delay".

CREST itself is done, and the license is also supposedly done. All that is really missing before they'll publicly launch it, is afaik the signup / maintenance sites.

So all we can do is wait for the web development team to get their collective thumbs out of their asses Lol
