An unexpected error occurred

I am trying to create a team for NEO II, but each time I click "Pay Now", Account Management just spits out an unexpected error. This happens on both my accounts, with Chrome and Internet Explorer, IGB and on both my Windows and my Linux machine.

I already opened a ticket on this, but didn't get an answer yet and the deadline is coming closer. So, is anyone else having this problem? Any tips or any chance for a fix in time?
