I know theres no such thing as a unscannable due to recent changes but i plugged in a legion on eft with 3 armored links + 1 skirmish link and eccm mods + Grail set implants and i was able to create a 145 sensor strength with 140 signature. would this still be viable or dump the idea?

As I understand the equations, its been impossible to be completely unscannable for a while now. The recent addition of mid slot probe str mods as well as different rigs has made it so it can now be done without the full probe implant set. All that being said a booster that cloaks up as soon as it sees probes is still unscanned.

but a ship that has greater sensor strength over its sig radius would still be quite difficult to scan down correct? i mean not unscannable but would require a prober with max skills and maybe probe implants.

I can testify that while they may have eliminated the ability to make a T3 mathematically unprobeable, with the right T3 pilot and the right fit, getting a solid lock with combat probes can still be like the Venus de Milo (i.e. a monumental stone bdeep) to accomplish.

A well trained, dedicated prober with implants WILL find you, so it's more a case of assessing the quality of your opponents than anything else. If you fight some moron group you'll be fine, if you know them to be highly organised and prepared expect to get probed out.

The odds of a dedicated prober with implants coming to get you is low.
