Is it okay for me to tell her it wasn't the best time I've ever had?

I don''t like it rough, and that's a fact. But I see the point you are making. Some people may like it rough and not be willing to say so, or might not know it yet.

FT Diomedes: "Reaver, sometimes I wonder what you are thinking when you sit down to post."

Frostys Virpio: "We have to give it to him that he does put more effort than the vast majority in his idea but damn does it sometime come out of nowhere."

Well, if it isn't rough, it isn't fun.

I kill kittens, and puppies and bunnies. I maim toddlers and teens and then more.

I think the best sex is somewhere between a hang-out night with no TV and an art exhibition involving no paintings and two sculptures.

FT Diomedes: "Reaver, sometimes I wonder what you are thinking when you sit down to post."

Frostys Virpio: "We have to give it to him that he does put more effort than the vast majority in his idea but damn does it sometime come out of nowhere."

I guess that would depend on what qualifies as "rough." Used in this context it could have a plethora of different meanings.

Just like I think about most aspects of the human experience, liking rough with sex occurs on a spectrum that follows some form of a bell curve, in my opinion. And like all other things, the fun is in the exploration. Just like with most exploration diving in head first is rarely the best option......

I'd say there have been a few bullet points I agree with and a few that have made me laugh a bit. Some of the things put forth could possibly have come out of grocery store romance novels or something lol. Reading the boasts and banter of guys when the topic turns to sex is pretty much always entertaining.

that is my angle. if it can be called such. Blink

Uh-huh. So - you're going to sit back and giggle, but not willing to put your two cents-worth on the line?
I see.

I think intercourse should be the dessert after the meal--the meal being the art exhibition

I like to have a way to refer to someone if I need to, though I have a habit of realizing that when I need it, and not before. I'm guilty more than once of getting deep into a relationship with a gal and not knowing her name. It didn't matter when we were alone with each other.

I think it is important for a sexual partner to be ready, able, willing, and uncoerced into a relationship. I think that folks who are too young simply haven't had time to be ready, but otherwise age is just a number that refers to little other than net experience and health, and it's not even an accurate measure of those things.

Marriage is an ancient tradition centered around forcing monogamy on naturally polygamous animals who get sexually jealous and territorial. It is an ancient governing strategy designed to keep short-sighted animals from destroying their own relationships with faulty instincts, and taking their civilization down along with their faults. I'll accept marriage as a necessary evil for some, but I know that educated and sexually liberated people can rise beyond that and not have a need for marriage.

So in answer to your comment, no I'm not really concerned with those things.

I usually get the number before the name. The number is useful.
