recomended armour t3 for daytripping?

I understand that a shield tengu is the recommended go-to for day tripping in a c1/2/3, but i wanted to solicit opinions on which of the other 3 cruisers would come in second best?

If this is for running sites as a large part of the day tripping, then I think most people will advise a legion. However if day tripping will involve a large proportion of shooting non-sleepers, get yourself in a proteus.

I would post fits but, I don't have them to hand right now

initially i'll be alone or with minimal support, so will try and run from any other players if/as possible i imagine

c1 sits are best run in a pulse-legion/zealot. c2/c3 are a waste of time, some people farm c3s for upwards of 150mil, which is not that much worse compared to c1s. Do yourself a favor and don't run c2 sites, like... ever.

Could you clarify your situation a little bit more and do you intend to have a Covert Ops subsystem or you're looking to dive in without.

There are several things you need to consider so if you could describe a bit of what you plan on doing we can advise you better on which T3 will be good for you.

C2's are pretty nice however, they have a high amount of PvP in them.
