As the title says, I'm looking for a Science-focused char that has more than 10m Science skill points and 7+ unmodified faction standings with Caldari & Amarr, to allow me to deploy POSs.

I'm not particularly interested in non-Science skills but I guess, as with most things in Eve, it depends on the char.

Have a budget of 8bn but can go up to 10bn for an exceptional character.

Lacks the standings you seek, but if you wish, I have a corp setup with a large caldari POS 5J from both Jita and Amarr, in .7 space. I'm sure we could come to a seperate agreement for that corp with its pos.

Perfect tengu pilot. Has 7m in science used him for inventing/research for years now.

Also has perfect caldari/amarr standings.
