In-Game Events and Gatherings

Hello everyone, hope all is well.

This will be our first of hopefully many 1v1 Tourneys.

Our in game channel will be Monday Night Fights

First place winner will receive a Astero
Second place can pick one from the 4 Navy Frigates. (Hookbill, Comet, Slicer, Firetail)
In the event that we have a lot of pilots sign up, more prizes will be added to compensate.

The entry fee is 10,000,000 ISK (Sent to Siino with the reason code MNF)
For every pilot that is referred, the referring pilot will receive 1,000,000 ISK of there buy in refunded. But I must receive a evemail from the pilot stating who referred him.

The event will take place on Monday, January 20th 3:00 EVETime(10pm EST) in the system Mendori.

As pilots register, I will keep the bracket updated with there name. Your place in the bracket is random.

The rules are simple:

Tech1 Frigate hulls only. No pirate or faction ships allowed.
The fits are unrestricted. If you can fit it, you can use it.
Rigs are legal.

Podding at all will result in disqualification from this and any future tourneys. Period.
Any pilot who warps off during there duel will forfeit the match and be awarded a loss.

If you win your match and take damage, you are allowed to repair your ship in the local stations.

The format:

Pilots will gather in the system Mendori I will invite 2 pilots at a time to my fleet based off there place in the bracket. These pilots will warp to me in a safe spot. Once both have landed on grid and have given me the ready in fleet chat. They will initiate a duel. Fight until one of the ships are destroyed. Podding WILL NOT be tolerated. If you warp off you forfeit the match and are awarded a loss.

I would really like to find someone who could stream the tourney on twitch.tv as my ISP is horrible and I cant. Contact me if your interested.

I have been doing some advertising in game for the event, been contacted by a few people with questions. One person suggested a different day for future events. I am open to taking help and criticism from the community. I would really like to see this event take off.
