New player looking for training explorer/pvp corp

I have played a bit of EVE a couple time before just as a trial to see the game a bit as I have always been interested with it's idea(sandbox, player-driven, etc.).

So a few days ago I decided to start playing it as an explorer leading to scout/inteceptor/skirmisher later on.

Since I can't stand staying in high sec I have been trying to explore low/null sec on my own, which is fun but I think I have lost about 50-60 mil on loots and 20mil on ships which is quite a lot for me a week long player :D, but is better then farming sites with no adrenaline.
So what am I looking for?

A corp which can help me train into these roles and that is active in w-space, null and/or low sec. And won't mind helping a complete newbie who is eager to learn.

Hey Reshi why don't you come out to Detorid and Join Sub Par and Beacon Light Alliance. We have 7 systems out here with military 5 upgrades, so there's plenty of opportunities to pad your wallet to help fund roams and ops. We have regular roams usually with between 7-20 player gangs. All our FCs are level headed and know what they're doing. In additonally Sub Par has a no guilt policy so this means if you join us and its not the thing you were looking for, we will not guilt you into staying. Guilt Free also means if RL comes a calling, its all good, we understand this is just a game and no one will give you any flak. Anyhow here's a bullet point break down of what we expect from our recruits and what further we can offer.

What kind of pilots are we looking for you ask? Well these kinds:

  • Mature pilots with mature attitudes.
  • No drama. Don't need it don't want it. If you like drama this is not the corp you seek.
  • A willingness to go out and get your hands dirty from time to time. We don't expect you to be a full time PvPer, but you shouldn't be afraid to go out on roams and/or blow up other players.
  • Easy going pilots, with easy going attitudes. Pilots that can take a jab or two, but not be afraid to fire back.
  • A willingness to learn and/or assist players new to the world of EVE.
  • Full API upon Completion of a successful interview, no ifs, ands or buts about it.
  • US Timezone. Not so much a requirement but this is the timezone we are most active in.

What do you get in return for joining Sub Par? Here are some of the benefits we can offer:
