Not worried about going flashy or losing ships.

Just got agroed by a harb on a gate in a rifter, he pooed his pants when i got him down to 40% armor so had to bring another friend in.... Argh

Need a corp that can do small gangs to kill these sorts of 'pvpers'

You don't mention whether null is an option. If it is, consider Hephaestus LLC. We operate out of Syndicate null, and are part of a large alliance.
