Pretty sure you will need Anchoring 1 at the minimum. T3 components could only be done in lo-sec/null-sec towers, last I remember. Edit here: See Advanced Medium Ship Assembly Array

I would add some trade skills, to actually sell your product.
Hauler, Freighter, Covert Hauler. You will need a freighter to haul anything bigger than a cruiser, lots of minerals, etc.
Skills to fit said haulers. Cargo expanders, prop mods, etc.

The components can be built anywhere (station or component array). The ship and subsystems are built in a subsystem assembly array. The array has no sec-level limitations, it can be anchored in a highsec tower

The advanced medium ship assembly array is used for T2 cruiser-sized ships and it's not that great an idea because it has a 1.1 material multiplier

How bad my memory is...
Maybe it's because I HAD a lo-sec tower at that time.
Anyways, thanks for the clarification. Apologies for my mis-information.

Could you update the skills with their new appropriate names? Also don't suppose you could create a hierarchical representation of how the skills flow into one another? (Tree diagram?)

Electronics is now CPU Management for instance. I believe your list might be outdated some.

You need higher levels for some upgrades to the outposts. The upgrades are purchased in empire. Only consider higher levels if you've actually built, anchored and hatched an egg. File this skill under "you will be sorry".
http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/outpost_construction.php

You also need Anchoring V to inject the skill.

One online skill chart:
http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/skill_chart.php

For invention if you're serious about the "invent it all", then you'll want all the encryption methods up to 5 also.

Also: Cybernetics to plug in hardwires speeding up manufacturing, getting better reprocessing values etc.

Technically not needed, but can be p. damn helpful.

By that do you mean that some T2 items require encryption skill at 5 or that invention chance will be greater?
My calculations say that training it to level 5 (17 days) is hardly worth increase in IPH (2.5%-3.5%).
At least on items that I'm going to produce.

You could just use EVEmon's blueprint tool to generate a plan.
