No keybinds work, no keys work, NOTHING BUT MY MOUSE WORKS.

I am at my wits end here. I have found no fixes, I have received no help from CCP, and most people in the help channel have no clue what they're talking about. I could really use some help here.

My issue:
I cannot use any of my keys in game. I cannot use Esc to access the menu, I can't use Alt+1 for ISIS, I can't Ctrl+Click on the overview to being to target lock, etc, etc. NOT ONE KEY WORKS IN GAME. This makes the game unplayable, and the CCP rep I have talked to (lol "talked to") gave me nothing but canned responses and didn't try to help at all, so I'm turning to the bright minds of the forums.

Things I have tried:

I have tried 2 keyboards, a Razer Deathstalker, and a Microsoft 600.
I have tried 3 mice, a Razer Taipan, a Razer Deathadder, and a Microsoft 600.
I have tried every combo of KB/M including not using the mice.
I have closed EVERY SINGLE non Windows-related process before launching.
I DO HAVE PHOTOSHOP ON MY COMPUTER.
I have cleared my cache.
I have deleted every instance of EVE on my computer, including all registry files.
I have run the repair tool.
I have reinstalled.


I HAVE REFORMATTED MY ******* COMPUTER.

Please, can someone help me out? I can't do anything outside of a station the way the game is right now. It's virtually unplayable.

*edit* I should add my keyboards and mice work fine in EVERY OTHER EVERYTHING.

I've tried running in Safe Mode and launching as admin, neither of those helped.

I've tried uninstalling Razer Synapse, did not work. It's definitely not an issue with peripherals.

Have just reformatted a second time. Will update this post with if it works or not.


  1. Have just reformatted. Redownloading EVE now.
  2. Programs I have installed are Firefox, and DLink Network Adapter.
  3. Drivers I have installed are NVidia Geforce, and DLink Network Drivers. I have not installed Razer Synapse yet.
  4. EVE now installed, Logging into my main account.
  5. ESC key is working. Testing different graphic settings, fullscreen, fullscreen windowed, etc.
  6. Now attempting to run 2 clients at once.
  7. With 2 clients running I can still use all key binds. Now restarting my computer and seeing if it still works.
    8. Leaving the game with Fixed window for restart.
  8. Keybinds still work after restart. I am too afraid to be the one to find out which of the programs installed are causing the issue. Plus I don't get paid enough. That's CCPs job.

Same its not working i wasted my money resubbing and this is what I get.
