TBH, WHoverlords is little more than a running joke.
It was basically set up as a place for the 'big shots' to hang out in and form coalitions which, thankfully, is no longer relevant in WH space to anywhere near the degree it used to be.

I suspect these days it's just an invite only version of all the other chat chans set up so people can talk sh*t with each other. these channels are good fun and I'm in a few myself but the idea that a private one for 'leaders and diplos of WH society' is relevant in any way to the rest of us WH dwellers is a joke.

You want to put it public, OK. First of all it is not just me deciding, even though I try to be objective. In most cases the following criteria is in place: corp/alliance got multiple kills, corp/alliance kills in WH mostly, able to kill capitals on their own, have 15+ fleets seen on KB, willing to do diplomacy. Exclusions are like Semper Ubi and EVE-U for they make work for the whole community.

What I do believe is wormholes should be for those who live and fight here, not some null/low guests. And that we don't need to have each and any 5-man-fleet corp talking.

Chitsa is also an OP, but it seems like he is too busy.

Proclus Diadochu, I don't remember you linking me that list, and whould you - I'd agree with many points. Let's see.
