Sadly, only in this metaphor. I have some doubt about the possibility that The Mettani actually is Al Capone, though it's possible that Chribba actually is Al Gore and has used a stand-in Chribba for public appearances.

Otherwise, just a metaphor (if 1 person compared to another person still qualifies as a metaphor).
