Space mmo meets evolution through natural selection. You start off lost and helpless in the middle of a far off region of 4000+ clustered stars. You are given a few simple instructions that barely prepare you for what waits ahead. You are then left to find your own way in this universe amongst the predators and prey. It is a test to see if you can endure and find your place in the game or fail and be forgoten like so many before you. Either outcome is entirely due to you and the choices you make.

It is just a game, but it is a game that jams all the players of Earth into one server. Thus making it a globally social experience.

Eve; where achieving the moral high ground is easy because everyone else starts deliberately up to their necks in crap and then digs a hole.

Or

Eve: proving (hourly) everyone has an inner sociopath.

Or

Eve: it’s all pew pew and giggles until it’s not.

Or

Eve, a huge endless chess game against 14yr olds who have run out of Ritalin.

Or

Eve, the greatest team game ever, where all your team-mates would die for you and all your Fleet commanders expect you to die for them, while they swear at you for being useless, sh1t-fit numb nuts who can’t follow a simple order (which they never actually gave in the first place but it’s never their fault).

LOL. I use Feudalism to explain null sec to people. It is a very apt analogy except the peasants tend to be richer...well some of them.
