FW long term penaltys

Im pretty new to FW and i dont enjoy the huge possible standing losses but i simply want to PVP. Now some questions about drawbacks:

1. Opposite NPC factions of FC in high sec are now attacking me and docking in low sec is impossible. When i leave FW, will they keep attacking me because of my protectorate rank or whatever?

2. Will there be any permannent "loss" apart from possible derrived or other direct standing losses?

3. I did lose/fail a mission cargo because of a pirate popping my ship. What to do at that point? It did happen already and i got a huge standing loss to that agent almost -10% and corporation too. So is there any way to prevent such a loss from happening in term my cargo is popped? Just need to have such a issue 2 tmes in a row and i may already lose the ability to pick a mission, without special skills added beause it will cause a drop to -2 already.

After all, how to haul that stuff in the most secure way? Prevention is still better than fixing.

I assume you mean "factions of FW." Yes, they will attack you...that was implied the minute you joined and it said you were at war with that faction. Docking in lowsec is not impossible - simply dock in systems that you own. It is sovereignty mechanics for lowsec FW.

Yes and/or no. If you do not shoot a single Gallente NPC and your PvP is minimal (meaning: you don't play FW at all) then your standings with the Gallente Federation will be unaffected. See your personal character's standings regarding the Gallente Federation and the subsequent Minmatar Republic (though its losses will be minimal compared to the Gallente). This mechanic is no different than running anti-Gallente missions for Caldari agents in highsec...eventually your standings will drop to where you will be a criminal in their space.

If you joined FW to run the missions and you were recruited in and have no understanding of basic survival, you should talk to your corpmates. Seeing as how you are a part of B0RG I assure you the knowledge to live and exist in lowsec is around you among your peers. Talk to them, ask about d-scan, how to use it, how to use any available intel chats they may have internally, and so on and do forth. Luckily your corporation probably has the standings to offset your negative standings (since the system will take the largest number, out of all the entities you apply as an individual, corporation, or alliance, when determining missions) so you won't be too much in the red.

Again, talk to your corporation. There are plenty of in-alliance haulers I am sure you can use or advise they could lend you. Some other organizations exist, such as Black Frog and militia-focused (shameless plug) ARPUR Logistics. They are not cheap but they will securely move your assets in and out of lowsec reliably. That said, a T2 cloaky hauler flown properly (which if you are getting caught mission running I would not advise you attempt to fly one at all in Black Rise as it will explode horribly) is a good way for a low skilled PvE pilot to make the transition from missioner/carebear in highsec to a ISK printing machine in FW low.

At the end of the day, it boils down to your corporation and alliance. You joined them for the support and backbone to keep you going. Ask them, don't ask us. If no one was on I could understand but if you have problems linking up with your group, as with any corporation, I'd advise looking for a group that fit your style much more proactively. That said, B0RG is a great entity that is full of knowledge and activity regarding these questions you asked.

1. No, only faction standing towards navy in area affects if you are not in militia.

2. all standings are 'permanent' , do not shoot your own militia and you should be fine.

3. if you lose your cargo just wait that mission expires, you do not get standing loss from expired FW missions. but if you press 'fail' then you will.

Post Traumatic FW Distress Syndrome is the No. 1 long term killer of FW pilots. The incredibly large amount of pew and the stress of having to defend and attack systems on a daily basis leads to a condition known as "Bitter FW Vet" which often leads to the pilot quitting Eve altogether. Or worse yet, they start spewing incoherent diatribes on any Eve related forums they can find.

It's not pretty. So far there is no known cure for this, and this disease seems to attack players like radiation poisoning causes cancer. WIth enough exposure even the most healthy FW veterans eventually succumb to PTFWDS.

We have petitioned CCP to put a warning label on FW, but so far they don't seem to care.

you will also lose sec status with time. At least as many neutrals will want to fight you in plexes as wartargets and you can't always wait till they agres first.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
