Regular Launcher working, Steam Launcher is not...

My alt uses a NON steam account, I have a different client that he uses. The steam one though, I haven't been able to get on all day.. I ran repair exe twice and reinstalled once. When I hit "Play" on the steam library menu, instead of a launcher, I get a small white box with "Exception" and this text http://pastebin.com/MdRuGrBK

The launcher is unable to load at least one file. It might have been corrupted or accidentally deleted somehow.

Try reinstalling the launcher using http://content.eveonline.com/EveOnlineLauncher/release/EVEOnlineLauncher_2_1_655130.exe

Make sure to install it to your eve folder inside your steam folder (probably something like \Steam\SteamApps\common\eve in Program Files).

I'm having this same issue, except that the eve updater cannot find my eve online installation even though I point it to my eve online folder in steam.

how do you reinstall the Mac launcher?
