Hello, i was looking the 3rd Party Retailers from the eveonline.com website (https://secure.eveonline.com/etc.aspx) and found this site that is for Russia/Brazil and the price is better than other places: http://eve.xsolla.com/
Someone have already bought at this website? Can I buy there with no problems?

if its listed there, CCP is vouching for them.

however do keep in mind, most of those retailers are region locked, so unless you are from russia/brazil you'll find you cant complete the purchase at checkout.

You could probably get a better response from a different sub-forum.

Also, if you're not sure about security... Trusted sites are worth more than the few bucks you might save. In My Opinion.

it´s brazilian and looks to be safe, you can use paypal
