I guess the definition of "a difference" could be debated from now on. I see this as making it easy and cheap for hundreds of highsec hooligans with varying degrees of skill to freely engage a high-profile alliance throughout highsec. Some will take it seriously. For others it will be a lark to roll a new low-SP alt and run around causing havoc. It will be like suicide ganking, only without the loss of sec status. It just might be fun.

Really, that's 750-1000B kills in highsec each month. According to Zkillboard history https://zkillboard.com/alliance/1354830081/history/ Goons have about 2T kills all together. So you either have half of your kills in highsec, or your figures are a bit overestimated.

Sounds like a plan to me.

Must be plenty of new to PvP players out there or alts out who'd like to dip in and out of a perma-wardec on those nasty Goons.

To non-aligned rag taggers, that might actually sound like fun. Hell, it should sound like fun for Goons too, just another small piece of content for everyone involved.

And as demonstrated, when you attack poco's, goons show up, providing targets and gud fights for all.

I know you don't know the game very well, so I will help you out here.

Marmite are highsec PVPers, which means all they do is sit off the jita undock and shoot people who seemingly haven't got the memo. In our case, this is usually people getting unlucky with a warpout in their Ibis / shuttle / capsule (over 2/3 of all kills), or goons who don't even know what a wardec is, why it matters, or how to check who can shoot them. Be under no illusion: Marmite will keep us permadecced anyway, because their goal (shoot clueless people on an undock) won't ever stop being met by our members.

If your goal is to pay people to do something they were doing anyway, then GOOD JOB BUDDY OP SUCCESS.

If your goal is to make a difference, then you're going to have to do a little more than waive the wardec fee for 4-4 campers.

There, Amarr, and in Uedama on the Sivala gate; offered to bring them a fight in Kubinen and no response. They obviously didn't want to shoot at those officer fit Vindicators anyway.
