Hey people,

Topic says most, im looking to buy a Hound pilot with T2 fittings, dosent need T2 torps tho.

If you got good minmatar cruiser skills + T2 small/medium drones, then thats a plus!

Budget is around 4B

got 6 manticore pilot, cyno5 able to fire t1 torp and bomb low skill only what's needed for black ops fleet.

Not a minmatar but who knows...
