wh mapper and corp manager with a feature rich environment. im willing to pay very well for this service depending on the skill that goes into it up to 10 or 15 billion isk.

What features would be part of this 'feature rich" corp management app?

I can tell you right now that if you're looking for something similar to TEST's auth that ties together Jabber, Skills, Forums, Comms, etc, you're probably looking at more than 15bil.

Manage what exactly?
PI?
Bounty?
Fleets?
Assets?
Contracts?
PvP stats?

More or less manage the towers we have with dates that they will run out of fuel. I'd like to be able to assign corp mates to towers so they can also see through the app how many days of fuel their tower has before it needs to be re fueled

Short answer, YES, you can do this, but it would require some nifty playing with data.

You could first fetch all posses, check if they are in the database of your app, if no, add it.
Then, check the status for each pos you have listed in your database.

I could perhaps add this feature to my app.


Edit:

In case you want to have your own app, be advised, you WILL need a centralized database, so if you happen to have a server running 24/7 it can be done, otherwise, find a friend who has one or pay a hosting company to host it for you.

do you mean something like ECM that is already widely available for free?

If you have your own server, setup is pretty easy and a guide for how to set it up is on that thread.

id personally recommend that along with coupling it with already well known wormhole navigation websites. I know with ecm you can even get text messages sent to your phone if your server is set right whenever your pos runs low on fuel / attacked.
