Ghost training still possible?

Hi, I noticed that my ingame character has completed training "archeology" lvl 4 on 12.7.2013 (7th december), during which time i was not subscribed, the previous payment was on 10.28.2013 (28th october). I cancelled my subscription because I play rather irregular and the account should have been disabled before the end of november, though skilltraining was complete a week later. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I had a short look and somehow a wrong timestamp was logged for when your skill training finished. Your skill training should have finished already before your account expired.
Result: No ghost training, but the logs they are wrong. Blink

And the GMs cried out that one CCP employee admitted that the logs do exist and do show something (all be it something wrong) Twisted
