If I send ISK to personal for invest with reason" Invest" ,but didnt get principal or Interest on time(maybe I was Scammed)
Could I Appeal my money back from GM ,and ban the scammer?

You are free to post the name of the character you allege has taken you for a ride.

In future you should only invest what you can afford to lose, and you should take precautions to protect yourself.

I'll be looking for a capital injection soon if you want to recoup some of your losses - I've identified several tech 2 ships that are extremely profitable to build, but the ISK I'd use to fund production pretty much all went to the charity drive. Hit me up if interested.

Well, scams and theft and so on are all legal in EVE. There have been a few high profile corp heists for example over the years which have been basically applauded by CCP. It's pretty much anything goes, and so, no, if you get scammed, it's on you.

Well ahh stupid newbie mistake, you should've bought scam insurance before you invested, The price is usually 4-9% of investment value depending on the characteristics of the investment, just mail me for details.

let me be the party pooper here and give some actual advice:
- it is perfectly legal to try and scam everybody you meet in eve of any ingame assets.
- it is ILLEGAL to scam in the beginner systems (for obvious reasons).
- it is ILLEGAL and will get you banned if you try to scam for real money, in character trades or by trying to impersonate somebody else.
- what counts as 'impersonation' is unfortunately not very well defined and handled on a 'case by case' basis.

I don't completely agree, If non-payment of loans were ILLEGAL then loans on this board would be ILLEGAL. I do know enough about MMORPG's to know that people advertising and initializing loans would not allowed on this forum if loan non-payment was a banning offense. All MMORPG's eliminate such postings
