Anytime is a good time to take two weeks off from work. Reguardless if its to hang with the family or to sit in front of the computer playing EVE naked, er, in your underware with another TV and blue-ray player going watching por, er, movies like "Saving Ryans Private" and cheering on the Americans and enjoying a nice cold one, and the beer too. I'll probably go mission running, so I can enjoy the (ha ha) missing animations, new nebulas, and warp animations. Maybe buy a new BC and cruise around, run a few L3's to warm up the guns (or maybe L4's)...something fun. And enjoy finally having T2 large projectiles a couple weeks after.
