So... I can fly Exhumers... but not a mining frigate, nor do I have that skill at all. >.>

Someone care to enlighten me as to how I can have the skills that require a skill I don't have and how since I assume Mining Frigate is a new skill, they didn't just give it to me, but instead somehow allowed me to break the tech tree?

Mining Frigate was added to the requirements for Mining Barge skill with the skill changes last summer. However you had injected the mining barge skill before the skill requirements changed. As a result, you can fly the barges and exhumners without mining frigate skill injected.

Prerequisites only matter when injecting a skill.

You have a condition known in laymans terms as: Pre-Injection
It is common among older male miners, though many of them are not willing to discuss it in open forums.
