Camera distance reset on session change.

After playing all weekend, I have only had the camera reset once on me when I jumped through a WH. The camera was inside my ship. However, I could not reproduce it again. I have not tried using a JB yet, but will today.

Any ETA on the fix or any luck reproducing the bug? It happens on about 10-20% of jumps, all accounts/characters.

Seems to happen only when you do a jump with the client minimized, or swapped out to another screen.

OK. A bit more info. I had this happen twice last night.

The first time was the first undock of the session. Yes, I know that is pretty normal. Except, the camera was inside my Ishtar.

Second time was after using a JB. But that one was only all the way down to the ship, not inside it.

I dual box in windowed mode on 2 screens. Neither client was minimized. And its only happening with one client. The other one doesn't move around much.

Nope, also happens during normal play.

Even if you're running 2 clients on separate monitors, one is active, one inactive, as in keystrokes go to the active client.

Anyone else still having this happen? I'm getting it on both computers I play EVE on. The camera reset on session change only seems to occur to my minimized clients that are in fullscreen mode, clients in fixed window mode don't seem to be affected by the session change.

Still getting the bug every 5 or so jumps. Still annoying. On two separate computers.

Though it seems it only happens when the client is minimized.

Still happens fairly often to me. Pretty much 100% of the time when leaving a station. Doesn't matter how many clients, minimized or not, other program windows open or not.

Every time I log in and undock I'm fully zoomed in. The duration of my gameplay game remembers to stay fully zoomed out after I undock, but that first undock I have to start by zooming out max. Quite annoying. We had this same bug appear in 2006, it stayed in game for 2-3 years before CCP finally fixed it. That time we had the camera zoom in on every single jump through a gate we did tho (every single session change yes). Hopefully this time it won't take them years and years to fix it.
