Nex items have IRL values as they amount of Aur you can get for a plex is fixed. 1 Aur has an IRL cash value.

No other items in the game have and IRL value, just and isk value.


Plex doesnt have any real world value. Try popping down the shops with your 'plex' and see what you can buy with it.

The answer is: nothing.

You are raging again. That aside, who are you to decide how anyone, dev or not, can fit their ships or carry in their holds? Why, if they are looking for people to bring a fight to them, wouldn't they sweeten the pot a bit (which they did without breaking game mechanics). Since when do you get to decide all the terms of an engagement? Did it ever occur that they may have been trying to fit in a way to last longer and give more people a chance to participate? You seem to have no grasp of the sandbox while berating others for using it.

Perfect response CCP Sreegs, I think I will also send a mail to IA suggesting they respond to his email with a STFU. I was not able to join in the fun due to work, but reading about it gave me a few laughs. I love seeing that the CCP devs are actually interacting with the players and bringing some fun into the game. Would love to see this on a weekend or NA TZ though so I can get my own loss mail with devs on it :)

With no loot like PLEX and fancy pants involved, this scenario will provoke a much smaller burst of forum rage. Trust me.

We're pretty much enemies with Goons, so how is it that we managed to appear right after they did, is CCP in the pocket of every big 0.0 alliance?


What none of you are prepared to recognize is that the larger more stable 0.0 entities have pretty expansive intel networks, and so something going down in a system like Tama is broadcast across a jabber or IRC client and suddenly our entire alliance is on the other side of the universe from where we are.

It doesn't mean that CCP is somehow doing something wrong, it means that all the effort we've gone through over the years of making friends all over the universe, spies, and other means of generating intel pays off.

Also you're over looking the obvious, EVE Radio was broadcasting the second one of its listeners reported the fleet.

So I guess EVE Radio is a bad thing too because you didn't know and you don't listen to it or hang out in its chat channel.


The fact that a group has a good reaction time to something can't be turned into a "You Cheated" argument.
