I think its all fairly straightforward, unless you want to maybe use implants to improve boosters instead.

A set of nomads. You barely need to tank an archon vs rats, and if you get caught all the tank in the world won't save you. Nomads will help you GTFO quicker when neuts show up.

If you are not already aligned at speed, you will not escape. Nomads won't help you against the modern faster warping sub-caps.

U don't need implants to rat in a carrier, if you're max skilled. Just keep cap over 72% and have emergency cyno ready.
